Open Marketplace Area Information for Sellers
Open Marketplace-
The open marketplace is the Marketplace page on the Plants and Things website which is here: https://www.plantsandthingsllc.com/collections/marketplace. This is the website page that customers will view when visiting the Marketplace. Customers can see items listed in the open Marketplace simply by scrolling the page. Beneath the product listings area, there is a list of Shops for customers to 'Shop by Store'. The customer can choose to shop your store by selecting 'View this Shop'. The customer will then view your Store's profile page with all of your uploaded products, including the ones that are not listed in the open marketplace.
For you to know-
- Sellers may list no more than 3 items at a time in the open marketplace area.
- You may choose which 3 of your products you would like to feature in the open marketplace area. (We suggest using the best of your products and images of those products to feature in this area).
- All uploaded products are subject to admin approval before they are listed. All open marketplace product selections are subject to admin approval or removal before and if they are listed.
- In order to list your chosen product in the open marketplace, please select and use 'Marketplace' as a 'Product Tag' when adding the product using the add product form. Otherwise, the product will not auto show in the Open Marketplace area, however the product will still show in the seller's profile page/ Shop. The customers will be able to view all of your (the seller's) products in your Shop. Note: Currently the system setup will require you to select and enter a Product Type first and then click away from that field OR click 'Save Changes' button first before it will display the Product Tag field. Do this by simply clicking the Save Changes button at the bottom of the Add Product Form. Fill in as much as required before clicking Save Changes. Then you will see the Product Tag field in order to add 'Marketplace' and auto display your product in the open marketplace area.

Returns and exchange policy:
We accept returns and exchanges on the following basis: you make contact with us within {$return_days} days of receiving your goods. Goods must be returned in original packaging with no signs of use / damage. Exchange solution dependent upon items in stock. Returns shall be refund ed within {$refund_days} days of goods reaching our door.
We (the vendor) are not liable for customs duty or taxes that may be imposed upon receiving your product / products. The customer is fully liable for these costs.
