The Philodendron Squamiferum is a beautifully unique philodendron with red fuzzy stems. This plant is considered low maintenance as most Philodendrons tend to be. It has the large and beautiful leaves that can reach up to 18" on a single leaf. While this is a slow to moderate grower, it can reach tall heights. You can train the Squamiferum to climb a moss pole or trellis.

Care tips:
Light - Bright but indirect light. Too much sun may scorch the leaves.
Soil-- Loose, well-draining
Water - Water when top 2-3 inches of soil are dry.
Humidity - Does not like dry air so may need humidity amends.
Temp - Tropical plant - not cold hardy. Keep away from drafts or vents.
